Our Easiest Fundraising Plan Ever! Welcome to our newest fundraising plan! With our tasty menu, and your energetic promoting, you can raise funds for your organization in an easy way. Up to 20% of the sales proceeds generated by your group will be donated to your organization!

Steps to Holding a Successful Fund Raising Event:

  1. Schedule a fundraising week by coming in to our office at 755 N. Nimitz Hwy. Here you will choose the week that you would like to hold your fundraiser on. (Actual date/time of the fundraiser will be Tuesday thru Friday of that week, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday/Sunday, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
  2. Once you have scheduled your dates, we will create a custom flyer with your event details for you to distribute.
  3. PROMOTE! The more people you reach, the more money your group will generate! Tell everyone you know via email, Facebook, Twitter, other social networks, your own website, and by handing out the flyers in person! (Many different shopping malls, retail stores, supermarkets will allow your to pass out the flyers on their premises, provided you ask permission first)
  4. Make sure to tell everyone that they MUST present a physical copy of the flyer to the cashier in order to assure that your organization gets credit on the sale.

Steps to Holding a Successful Fund Raising Event:

  1. Who can hold a fundraiser at Koala Moa? Examples are, but not limited to, Sports Teams, Church Groups, Booster Clubs, PTA’s/PTO’s, Charity events, Schools, and more. The list is endless. We do, however, reserve the right to choose who we allow to fundraise with us. If your organization is interested, please contact us.
  2. How much can we earn? You will earn 20% of the net food/beverage sales (17.5% on sales paid by credit/debit cards) that your organization brings in, excluding tax and tip. Catering orders are not eligible for the fundraising. Coupons, other fundraising tickets, discounts, or other promotions may not by used in conjunction with the fundraiser.
  3. How far in advance do I need to schedule the fundraiser? We recommend at least 1 month to reserve the date and to fill out the necessary paperwork. This will give you an ample amount of time to distribute as many flyers as possible.
  4. How soon after the fundraiser will we receive a check? Your organization will receive a check approximately 2-4 weeks upon completion of the event.
